Imagine a coffee maker that intentionally sucks. The NoAir vacuum coffee brewing system works for brewing coffee hot or cold and with its little vacuum pump it removes the air and gasses from the brew.

All existing brewers,  whether they drip, pour, or force water through ground coffee, are unable to thoroughly remove trapped CO2 without depositing carbonic acid into the brew. The result is inconsistent extractions, the necessity of cream/sugar to cover bitter/sour taste, and unfortunately–stomach discomfort. Carbonic acid is not a naturally occurring flavor compound in coffee, and it does not make your stomach happy (look up carbonic acid for vomiting).

NoAir has discovered a way to thoroughly remove trapped CO2 while preventing the formation of carbonic acid, with our Full Immersion Vacuum State Brewing System. Ground coffee is contained below surface of water while a state of vacuum is introduced, this increases the volatility of coffee/water solution. In this state CO2 is easily released into a super-bloom of foam, ground coffee is able to fully saturate with water, and the result is a full flavor extraction without any sourness/bitterness, and no stomach churning carbonic acid.

The coffee taste is thick and clean.
